LadyViv

LadyViv is a songwriter and a worship leader. She started leading songs in her elementary school and since then, has sung with numerous choirs for over 30 years. LadyViv has served as vocalist and worship leader in various choirs in the United States and Nigeria - Summit Bible Church Katy, Lakewood Church, Dominion Chapel Houston, The Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, Jesus House Music Ministry, Family Worship Center, the Laz Ekwueme Chorale, Church of the Divine Mercy, Vivian Fowler College Choir. 

She played the role of Mary Magdalene in a local rendition of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's rock opera, Jesus Christ Superstar (2005, 2006), and was cast as the wailer in the biblical musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2004). 

LadyViv’s debut album is All Yours. She is humbled by the response she has received from the album. "All Yours is an album about complete surrender, especially when surrender is extremely difficult. Each song represents a journey for me. My Glory My Joy is about trusting God no matter the pain He takes me through. Salvation Prayer is a song about just that, the sinners’ prayer we confess when we surrender our lives to Christ. Beloved’s Wait is a song about choosing purpose over self. It’s a very daring song for me, and my most vulnerable of all because it was inspired by the struggles of being single and choosing to obey God’s plan despite what I feel."

LadyViv has a Master's degree in International Development, and works full time in Proposals and Business Development. She also serves in the Prison Ministry, and is passionate about connecting people with God's love through worship.
